Costs Explained

You will pay your rent on a monthly basis in advance. The rent will be
collected by Direct Debit or standing order (other payment options are
available). If your company is paying for your accommodation we will discuss
various payment options directly with them. If you claim housing benefit
we can accept direct payment from the local authority.
Tenants will pay an administration fee of 50% of the first months rent
(plus VAT), however in some cases this fee change depending on the property,
you will be fully advised of costs prior to arranging a viewing. This
covers all administration involved with the referencing and set up of
the new tenancy agreement for two tenants or one tenant and one guarantor.
Additional tenants and guarantors will be required to pay £60 (this
includes VAT) per additional application. All tenants aged 18+ living
in the property must be reference checked and named on the tenancy.
Before you move into the property you will be required to pay one month's
rent in advance, a security deposit (this is refunded at the end of your
tenancy subject to the condition of the property) and the administration
fee as detailed above. Please see example below:
Rent - £550
Security Deposit - £550
Administration Fee - £330
Total - £1430
The above example is based on a property priced at £550 per calendar
month.
