What happens when I find a property to rent?
Simply call us on 0191 271 9944, we will arrange to meet you at the property where you will be free to discuss any requirements and to view the property in detail. Download our full tenant guide

When you're ready to proceed you will need to pay a non-refundable holding deposit of £150 which forms part of the overall tenant administration fee (£300 this includes VAT ) and complete our tenant application form. We will then conduct our tenant reference and credit checks. Subject to your references being acceptable you can expect to move into your new property in 5-7 working days. If you need to move quickly please ask our agents about our Fast-track service (additional charges apply).
