We encounter many landlords who wish to transfer an already tenanted property
to us for management.
This may be for a variety of reasons, from an unsatisfactory service from
another agent to landlords being to busy to manage the day-to-day tenancy
issues. Once instructed we will deal with the full transfer on your behalf.
We have two transfer packages available, Standard and Recovery. Our Standard
transfer is for landlords who simply want to switch agents. The Recovery
option is for landlords who have tenants with arrears, we will do everything
we can to ensure your tenants rent is brought up to date as quickly as
possible and if not we can take swift action to re-gain possession of
the property and begin marketing for a new suitable fully referenced tenant.
You can transfer as many properties as you like, our success rate with
our Recovery package is excellent, with most rents being back on track
within one month. We are fully experienced at transferring tenancies where
the tenants are students or claiming housing benefit along with professional
and corporate lets.
